Goprime's warranty policy applies only to those customers who purchase authentic vaping products from Goprime or Goprime's authorized distributors/ wholesalers/ retailers.


For distribution, please test the sample first to see whether they can work well when you receive your order. If there is any problem, please contact the sales representative who serves you.


For customers, please claim the warranty with the store where you purchase the device from. If you have purchased a fake product, all support and warranty issues should be directed to your direct dealer.

7 Days From The Date Of Purchase

Customers claim the warranty with Goprime's distribution within the warranty period.
Distribution collects them and claims with Goprime once per two-month.
Goprime will replace all defective or malfunctioning devices at no charge.

Battery Equipment

90 Days From The Date Of Purchase

Customers claim the warranty with Goprime's distribution within the warranty period.
Distribution collects them and claims with Goprime once per two-month.
Goprime will replace all defective or malfunctioning devices at no charge.


INVALID CLAIMS

Goprime product warranty covers only those claims arising from damage sustained despite normal and safe use, and does not cover:


Any malfunction or damage not resulting from workmanship.

Damage resulting from general neglect, or unsafe use or misuse, whether cognizant or accidental.

Damage resulting from natural causes including but not limited to lightning, flood, or other natural disasters.

Theft or loss of the products.

Damage caused by operating the device outside the permitted or intended use, or damage caused due to the negligence of instructions issued by Goprime.

Claims for non-defective products.

Claims for products purchased from an unauthorized dealer.

Before you submit a warranty claim, please make sure that you have the following:

1. Proof of purchase with the date

2. Package with authentic code on

3. Pictures or videos showing the problem of your device
